PR for restaurants |
The freshly slaughtered brand chicken has a soft and rich flavor as yakitori. It also goes well with the all-you-can-drink sake.
A familiar restaurant featured on TV and in magazines. Dedicated to chicken, with a particular flavor. When you think of Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl), you tend to think of a home-cooked dish, or a
... rice dish from a Japanese soba restaurant, but Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) at this restaurant is a little different. As you'd expect from a restaurant that specializes in local chicken, not only is the fresh chicken delicious, but the well-cooked firm rice and soft-boiled egg are well balanced. The flavor is neither sweet nor spicy, and perhaps the chicken stock adds depth to the soy sauce and sugar broth, making it truly delicious. If you're in the mood for a rice bowl, this is a dish you'll definitely want to try. (TV review)
