前来たのは4,5年前で、テレビでスパイシーカレーうどんを紹介されていたのを見てウマそう!と思って来てみたらやっぱりすごくウマかった!という店でした。
なのでしょっちゅう来る所ではなく、今日は心して行こうという時に利用するお店です。
池袋は食に困らないし、コロナを挟んでしまったこともあり、すごく久しぶりの訪問です。
本店もありますが、こちらの方が多少わかりにくい場所、また地下で、
昼飲みもでき、居酒屋利用もできるお店でこちらの方が好きです。
14:20頃着。先客は4名ほど。どの時間でも混んでると聞いていましたが、すぐに入れて良かった。
13時以降は麺大盛りかちくわ天が無料になるということでお得です。
スパイシーカレーうどん大盛りにして、やっぱりカレーに飯は必須。
「新しいうどん準備するので10分位かかりますがよろしいですか?」
「全然問題ないですよ。」
時間かかるのは覚悟してます。むしろ出来立てを食べられるのがありがたいです。
(それでも10分かからなかったと思いますが...)
大盛りは初めてでしたが、本当に大盛りでした。(多分2.5玉くらいありそう)
カレーはキーマ風で確かにスパイシーではありますが、さほど辛くはなく、
挽肉たっぷり、トマトも入っていてうどんも喉越しよく、大盛りでも食がどんどん進みます。
そば屋のカレーうどんももちろん好きですが、このタイプはなかなかお目にかかれないと思います。
またご飯ですが、カレーうどんに浸しても、ご飯の上にかけても当然のことながらうまいです。
カレーうどんとライスで2倍楽しめ、900円以内でおさまるのですから大満足です。
カレーうどん大盛り+ご飯 (\780 + \80) 現金のみです。
ごちそうさまでした。また心して行きます。
※さすがに大盛りが効いて、夕食はなしで大丈夫でした(笑)。
