今月２度目の池袋。
新しいお店を発見して開拓しないと、、、ということで見つけた富久鮨（ﾌｸｽｼ）さんです。
店内は席数も多くお座敷は広く、この日は宴会をしていました。
大将は寡黙な様子で口数も少なくBGMやテレビなども流れていないので、宴会のお客さんの声だけが響いていた感じ。

・お造り盛り合わせ（三種盛）
生ダコ・つぶ貝・のどぐろの炙り
・生カキ（中）
・鯵のなめろう
・鮪三点盛り
・にぎり
・いわし・芽ねぎ・ウニ軍艦・生サバ（大分）・トロタク巻
をいただきました。
小さないけすに泳いでいる鯵をその場でさばく様は寿司屋での醍醐味。美味しいなめろうでした。
鮪三種盛りは中トロ、赤身、炙りトロの三種で大味でした。
唯一大将が産地を告げて提供してくれた大分の生サバのにぎりは脂が乗ってとても美味しかったです(^^)/
アットホーム感あるこちらのお店はデリバリーも多々発動しており、にぎりやお造りを忙しく作っていました。
だからといってバタバタする感じもなく注文した料理は素早く提供され居心地も良かったです。
あと何回か通ったらもう少しリラックスしていただけるのかな。
