池袋に用事がありやってきた。ランチがまだだったので株主優待券が
使える丸亀製麺サンシャインシティアルタ店に向かった。
尚、豊島区では唯一の丸亀製麺である。
11時の開店を目指して到着すると、すでにオープンしており座席の1/3は
埋まっていた。そして自分たちが食べ終わった11:20には行列が出来ていた。
今回は期間限定の
俺たちのニラバタ豚汁うどん(大)

これに「かしわ天」と「れんこん天」をピックアップ。
株主優待券でお会計後、青ネギを別皿でたくさん盛った。物価高騰の中でも
青ネギ入れ放題は非常にありがたい。
まずはつゆから飲んでみると、出汁が良く出ておりコクがあって美味しい。
味は非常に濃いがこの濃さがクセになる。想像以上の旨さで驚いた。
白コショウと、コチュジャン、オイスターソースがアクセントになっていた。
具は、豚肉、タマネギ、キャベツ、ニンジン、ゴボウ、油揚げの構成。
麵はいつものモチモチとした食感で、この豚汁にマッチしている。
ニラとバターは、豚汁の味がシッカリとしているのでそれほどインパクトは
無かった。青ネギが入れ放題なのでそちらで十分だと感じた。
「かしわ天」は相変わらずの美味しさで「れんこん天」も食べ応えがあった。
15分ほどでサクッと食べて退店。この豚汁うどんは1月末までの限定との事で、
年明けに再度食べてみたい……(゜д゜)ウマー!!!
