大阪で発祥したふぐ屋さんはいまや全国に69店舗を展開し、海外には系列店を含めて4店舗を展開する人気店です。
創業は40年を超えてますよ〜。
今回はふぐじゃなくてカニを食べたくて行ってきました〜。
ただやっぱふぐも食いたいのでてっさと焼き白子頼みました〜。
てっさは歯ごたえもあって美味しいよねぇ〜、白子は塩焼きでもろたけどあっつあつで美味いよ〜。
メインのカニに入るわけやけども。
ズワイ蟹の刺身と焼きズワイ蟹とズワイ蟹鍋を注文！
ある意味もうフルコースですね 笑
刺身は蟹のみずみずしさが堪能できて美味いし、焼きは身がホクホクですわ〜。
鍋はやっぱええ出汁でますなぁ〜、野菜を頼み忘れたけどまぁ〜いいでしょー 笑
最後におじやももろて、美味かった〜。
