昔から寿司の激戦地でもあった池袋で、唯一創業から２５年以上も続いていて
本格寿司が味わえるお店があると聞きつけて訪問したのがこの池袋駅にある「寿し和」さん。
週末になると予約でいっぱいになるので、この日は平日を狙って訪問しました。
ネタの質・寝かせ具合・〆具合等、どれを取っても標準以上で、
焼き物、揚げ物もとっても充実しています。
特に銀だら照り焼に関しては、さすが並みのお寿司屋さんとは一段違う、と感じる塩梅でした。
日本酒メニューは常設以外にも、各地の季節替わりのものが揃えられており、10種類以上ありそうでした。
良い肴も揃っているので、次々といきたくなってしまいます。。
創業から３０年も経っているにも関わらず、とても気軽にお寿司を楽しむことができるお店づくりがされています。
とても美味しくいただきました。
