東池袋でランチになり、魚真を初めて利用した。もっと古びた店だと勝手に思っていたら、ファザードも結構高級感があるし、店内も落ち着いた内装でちょっとビックリ。12時過ぎに入店したのだが、7割程度の入りだったので、待たずに席に着けた。
最上本鮪（上1100円、特上1600円）も良いかと思ったが、銀ダラ煮付け（1100円）とマナガツオの西京焼き（1000円）のどちらにしようか悩み、結局銀ダラ煮付けをオーダーした。
それほど待たずに運ばれてきた銀ダラ煮付けには、切干大根、沢庵、味噌汁、どんぶりご飯が付く。銀ダラ煮付けは、汁がかなり黒くてかなり味が濃いのかと思いきや、それほどでもなく、軽めな鰻の蒲焼のたれ、あるいは、身欠き鰊の煮付けのたれのような味わいで、銀ダラの切り身も厚く、しかもプリプリでかなり美味しい。切干大根も思ったよりも上品な味わい。ただ、残念なのはご飯。甘みがなくちょっと古米の様な味わい。寿司飯は、古米の方が良いという人もいるので、もしかしたら、寿司飯に合うような米なのかもしれない。このご飯でなければ、凄く満足度が高かったのだが。
