平日の11時半に伺ったところ、２組ほど先客。
食べている間、常連さんらしき人が続々と来店。お昼でも顔見知りの方が多く利用されるようです。
・ノドグロ煮付け 2000円
お味噌汁、大根と高野豆腐の煮物、厚めのマグロ3枚
ノドグロは、脂ノリが良くて甘さがあり、とっても柔らかい！ご飯に良く合います…
マグロもスーパーのとは違う、程よい脂と心地良いねっとり感がありました。
他の方の写真をみるに、小鉢の煮物はその日によって違うのかもしれません。
ご飯が固いとのレビューを見て、覚悟していきましたが、言うほど固くなく、だからと言って特別柔らかくもなく、安心！
今回は運が良かったのか、それとも好みの問題なのか…。身がホロホロに柔らかいノドグロと合わせて食べることを考えると、個人的に、柔らかいご飯よりはしっかりめのご飯の方が、口のなかでベチャベチャしなくて合うと思います。
接客については、女性の店員さんがテキパキとオーダーを受け、配膳なさります。
そのスピーディーさや声色に無愛想な印象を受ける方もいるのかも？
私は、食べログやGoogleで、お米の固さや接客についての良くないレビューを複数目にしていました。その上である程度心して伺ったので、特にがっかり感はありませんでした。確かにローカルなやりとりもたくさん飛び交っていましたが、あまり気にせず楽しめました。
