平日11時の開店直後に訪問です。すでにグループ1組が入っており、すぐに人数の多い1組が入りテーブル席は一杯になってました。でも、カウンター席はまだ空いてます。カウンターの壁に掛けてあるランチメニューを見てお刺身3点盛りをお願いしました。演歌の流れる店内で、暖かいほうじ茶を飲もうとしたら、すぐに料理到着です。
お刺身以外に、高野豆腐とたくあんがついてました。ご飯は普通かやや多め。お味噌汁は、さすが和食！という感じで豆腐のお味噌汁に良い出汁が出てます。お刺身は、2種が切り身。脂も程よく乗っていて、切り方が良いのかねっとりして噛んでいても抵抗のないお刺身です。マグロのたたきは赤身が多く、これも程よいねっとり感で量も多めでした。臭みが全くないので、お刺身のドリップがついているツマもバリバリといけました。
小鉢の高野豆腐は程よい甘さを感じる出汁の味が染みていて美味しかったです。
常連さんが多いようですが、一見さんでも居心地は悪くなかったです。量は普通で、技術の高さを感じるランチでした♪
