久しぶりに趣味仲間との飲み会！
場所は池袋、以前から気になっていた雑草庵さんにお邪魔しました！
広島専門居酒屋で、広島の素材を使った料理を堪能できます！
お通しから『宮島』と書かれたしゃもじに盛られてきて、ワクワクさせてきます。
店内にはカープ関連の品があり、広島愛も感じられますね♪
とりあえず、魚介系のお料理がとても美味しい。
ホウボウのインパクトがすごかった、豪華な刺身の盛り合わせはどれも鮮度抜群で美味。
梅水晶やカワハギの肝和え、鯛の酒盗などつまみも美味しく酒も進むし、アナゴの白焼きや子フグの唐揚げなど焼いてもあげても絶品でした！
そしてこの時期はなんといっても牡蠣！
生牡蠣を頼めばかなり大ぶりの牡蠣がやってきて思わず声が出ます。
食べてもぷりっと最高です。
これは火を通しても美味しいだろうと、牡蠣の春巻きを頼みます。
春巻きの中に牡蠣の旨みが詰まっていて、食べるとそれが口の中で広がり格別です、これは美味い！
お酒も種類豊富ですが、やはり広島の日本酒でしょう。
いろんな味の日本酒があって、飲み比べたりも楽しそう。
とても素敵な時間を過ごせました。
