カープファン、じゃないけれど…。
何年ぶりだろう？
きっと、10年とか15年ぶりなんだろうと思う。
同じビルの上階の飲み屋さんによく行ってた頃だと思う。
地元・池袋西口の呑み人として、この店の話題はよく耳にする。
広島カープを全面に押し出した感じの、いかにも、の瀬戸内料理店。
カープの勝った日などは、特別サービスが振舞われると云う。
店内も、どうだと言わんばかりのカープのオンパレード。
池袋では、この店と、東口の「赤鬼」は、カープファンが集う。
でも、地元では味の評判も良いのだ。
瀬戸内の海の幸が堪能できると。
さて、コロナの影響でなのか、ランチを始めていた。
昼間なら、カープファンの酔客にからまれるコトもないであろうと訪問した。(ちょっとウソ)(笑)
「瀬戸内海刺身定食」(1,000円)＋「音戸ちりめんのじゃこおろし」(100円) ―― 写真の通り。
お造り。スズキ、タイ、サバ、イカ、コチの５種。
実は、見た目で、コチがわからずお聞きしたのだ。僕は、太刀魚だと思ったのだが…。
素晴らしく、どれも美味しい。
メニューのサブタイトルに「広島直送」「とっても新鮮」などと書き添えられていたのだが、まさにその通りで、直送されて新鮮そのものといった表情に、食感に、味わい。
また、包丁の仕事が丁寧である。
舌触りの良い刺身は、心地良い。
醤油も、やや甘口の広島さしみ醤油とヤマサの丸大豆醤油があり、どちらも試せる。
広島さしみ醤油は、特にコチなどは、甘みが相乗効果を発揮する。
追加注文した「じゃこおろし」。
「音戸」と言えば、のちりめんじゃこである。
いわゆる上乾という部類だろう、乾燥タイプのモノが大根おろしに添えてある。
コレも、ウマい。
この量で、コレ、100円でイイんですか？
コレ、４，５皿もらい、白メシで食ってイイなら、ソレもアリだなとか、ついつい考えている自分が恨めしい。
サラダや漬物、味噌汁も丁寧な味わいだ。
何だか、酔っ払って来るのではなく、じっくり食事してみたい店である。
この店の見方が大きく変わった。
周りの赤っぽい世界なんて、目に入らず、食事に専念できた。(笑)
満足。ごちそうさまでした。
オール「3.8」にしようとしたが、礼儀として雰囲気だけ「3.4」にした。(笑)
いや、店員さんや店の造りや客層に問題があるわけではない。
小学生だった僕の夢を壊したカープが、ちょっとだけ苦手なだけである。
でも、アンチ、まではいかない。
