休日ランチで予約して訪問。
店内はホテルの料亭らしい格式高い雰囲気。
色彩ランチで本日のおすすめ3200円を注文。
この日は豚肉でネギを巻いて串焼きにしたものがメイン。
先付けはホタルイカの唐揚げなど、旬の食材を使った小鉢が4種。
前菜は野菜スティックに枝豆のポタージュで、
野菜を食べ終わったら添えてある出汁を加えて飲み干します。
このポタージュがとても美味しい。
メインはかなりボリューミーで、食べ応えのある肉肉しい串焼きの周りに
大ぶりにカットされた新鮮な野菜たちがゴロリ。
複数の調味料が添えられていて、好きな味付けで楽しめます。
デザートは、一人一皿のふわふわパンケーキに加えて
ワゴンからも好きなものを選べるビュッフェスタイル。
ふわふわのパンケーキはもちろん、ワゴンのデザートも美味しい。。！
お腹いっぱいなのにデザートは別腹なんだなと実感。
お料理もデザートもさすがのホテルクオリティで美味しかったです。
ちょっとかしこまった雰囲気ではありますが、
落ち着いた空間で食事したい時にぴったり。
