サンシャイン60の59階に店を構えるこちらのお店はテーブル席からの眺めがよろしく、むしろカウンターが空いているという
ランチのコースはなかなかコスパがよろしいかな〜って思います。
しかし、コースのお寿司はいかんせんシャリが固かった。強く握られすぎって感じでした。
萎え萎えでしたが、個別に握って貰ったお寿司達は口の中でシャリがほどけ、美味。
後から追加されたシャリで握って貰った寿司はベチャッとしていたので、飯炊きか飯の保存にムラがあるのかな〜といった感じでした。
サービスの質がめちゃくちゃ良い。
