サンシャイン60、59階の「銀座福助」。
池袋東武のレストラン街では度々世話になっている「銀座福助」である。
同じ価格で、この眺望なら、本来は文句なくコチラなんだろうと思われる。
１人で来たのは初めてだと思う。
サンシャインでのとある会議に参加したときに寄った。
「にぎりセット・岬」(4,950円)＋「アイスウーロン茶」(440円) ーー 写真の通り。
銀座福助では、この「にぎりセット・岬」をよく選択する。
お決まりの10貫に、追加１貫が、好きなモノを選べるのである。
銀座福助は、全体的に丁寧で品を感じるにぎりである。
強さや荒々しさも無く、もっと言えば活感からも遠い雰囲気。
だから、冷凍・冷蔵技術の世話になっているようなタネの状態である。
ソレを良しとするのか、悪しとするのかは、好みの問題である。
僕の場合は、銀座福助は、こういう寿司だと認識した上で通っているので違和感は無い。
レベル感のあるタネであり、シッカリしたにぎりである。
先行で茶碗蒸し。岩海苔のせのアクセント趣深い。
カニ汁、はんなりほっこり、イイ感じ。身も十分食べられる状態。
ごちそうさまでした。
サンシャイン60の南側を向いた窓を持つ店なので、東京タワーから、新宿高層ビル街、中野サンプラザまで確認できる。
眼下には、我が地元の豊島区役所も見える。
訪問時は雲が多く、今一つ、ではあったのだが。
この店においては、妙にカッコつけてカウンター席を選ぶよりも、素直に窓側のテーブル席が空いているかどうかを尋ねてからの訪問が望まれるような気がする。
かつて夜に訪問したが、夜景もキレイである。
