1st basement floor of Building 8, Tokyo Fukushi University Ikebukuro Campus. It's not in the basement of Junkudo Bookstore, so don't make a mistake. The entrance is via stairs from outside the building. The restrooms are shared in the building, so exit from the store through a door with an emergency exit sign to the outside passage. On your way back from the restroom, there is no store signage on the aisle, so it might be confusing for first-timers. |
食パンをホイップバターで初めに頂きました。
食パンにホイップバターをつけると、塩味がちょうどよく、次のスープが出る前に食べ切りました。
続いて、やさしい味わいのミネストローネスープ、玉ねぎの入った旨みたっぷりのドレッシングをかけて食べるリース状のサラダです。
その後にメインの黒毛和牛のステーキ。お肉は脂の少ない部位で肉の味の濃いステーキでした。付け合わせのマッシュポテトとニンジン、岩塩とオイルが塗られたパンと共に頂きました。
デザートは卵や牛乳の味がしっかり楽しめるホイップクリームがのった硬めのプリンで、カラメルも甘く香ばしくて、美味でした。
コーヒーか紅茶が最後に頂けるので、アイスコーヒーを選びました。
どの品も丁寧に作られていて、味付けのバランスがとても良かったです。
