最寄りの駅はJR池袋駅で、西口を出て、立教大学方向に少し歩くとこの店はある。
蕎麦の幟が立っていて、店はB1にある。
店内は左に調理場、右が椅子席になっている。
蕎麦は一種類なので、鴨せいろを注文した。
蕎麦は二八で、水切りよく、エッジが立っている。
切りむらや端切れはほとんどなく、蕎麦の味と香りはあるが十分とは言えない。
薬味は山椒だ。
つけ汁は鴨肉とネギで、いくらか鴨肉が少ないが質は良い。
蕎麦湯は釜湯で風味は結構ある。
本日の蕎麦は丸岡産と書かれていたが、素晴らしい二八蕎麦を出している。
東京でこの価格で丸岡在来を出しているのは結構頑張っている感じがする。
もう少し玄蕎麦の良い時期に訪問するといいかもしれない。
