野菜をたっぷり食べていただく麺屋です。
タンメンとありますが、本来の塩味タンメンにこだわっている訳ではありません。とにかく野菜をたっぷり食べて元気になっていただこう！と営業しています。ですので当店ではタンメンにも塩、醤油、味噌味があります。また平成２５年２月から始めた味噌つけめんにもタンメンと同量の３５０ｇたっぷり野菜がはいります。また、夏季限定の冷やしにも同じく野菜がたっぷり入ります。野菜もキャベツとモヤシばかりでは無く、他に白菜、ニ
...ラ、玉ねぎ、人参、キクラゲ、パプリカが入ります。そして季節の野菜を使った月替わりの季節タンメンをはじめました。 皆様にお腹いっぱい食べて頂きたく、大盛りも同料金にする為、麺は自家製です。タレもすべて自家製です。味的にまだまだ至らない点も多いと思いますが宜しくお願い致します。尚、毎年６月〜９月末まで【冷じゃぶタンメン】を販売させて頂いております。暑い最中、サラッと食べれるタンメンをどうぞご賞味下さい。
