ご近所の餃子的中華を覗いてみたら、改装中。すぐに代替は見つかった。
飛び込みとはいえ当店が油麺汁なし麺的なものメインの店と知ってはいたが、メニュー相見て中華そばにグラッときてしまう。しょっちゅうくる土地柄ゆえ、このほうが再訪を促される意味では良いのだ。トッピングは抑えて特盛に！…あれっ、券売機では中華そばには特盛はナシとのサインが！マスターに尋ねると、味のバランス故にそう設定しているだけとのことで、特盛にて作って下さったm(_ _)m
東北風中華そば特盛：これってご近所の大陸的中華麺店みたいなクサいやつかな？と思ったけど違った。東北風とはわが国の、福島県某所とかのラーメンがモチーフですかね？鶏と煮干のダブルスープ。見た目の透明感に対して味は結構たっぷり、魚介感もそれとわかる。平打ち中細麺はちゅるりとしたテクスチャー、所々ちぢれはあるが、食べにくい程ではない。
先客の方が洗面器ほどもある丼で食べてたアレはなんだろう。たぶん油麺汁なし麺的なものの特盛だったろう。また来てアレを…との夢がふくらむw
