Our duck meatballs are made from Canadian duck loin, minced and cooked in-house, and are our signature dish! In addition, our soba noodles are grown by contract farmers in Hokkaido without using any pesticides or chemical fertilizers, ground in a stone mill, and finished with a nihachi.
