The head chef carefully selects and purchases domestic beef offal every morning, and the thorough preparation ensures that there is no odor. A special ``black beef Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) (soy sauce flavor)'' made with sweet soy sauce from Fukuoka, Kyushu, and more than 10 different ingredients, and a blend of sweet rice miso from Kyushu and miso made from soybeans from Fukuoka Prefecture. Compete with two types of delicious "white beef Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) (miso flavor)"!
