年末に友達の紹介で訪問しました。
15時に入店。
ほぼ貸切？の状態です。
飲み放題のコースです。
今回2回目の訪問であり、料理の味と店長の雰囲気が良いことは知ってます！
コースのメニューは見ないが、テンポ良く料理が、提供されます。
ワンオペなのに素晴らしいです！
・サラダ
写真忘れましたがボリュームがすごいです！
・テリーヌ三種類？
レバーと肉肉しい？ものともう一種類？頂きました。色んなパターンがあると、味と食感のアクセントがあり嬉しいです。
・生ハム
パサつきがなく、ちょっとしっとり系。私が好きな感じです。
・アクアパッツァ
んー！嬉しい！自分のホームパーティとかで作りたいが、、手間がかかるので断念してしまう料理です。。
出汁の味も美味しく、魚も油が乗っており身がしっとり！
・ボロネーゼ
これが名物料理だったはず！？
お肉がゴロゴロ！系のが好きな人はハマってしまうと思います！食べ応えは満点です！
ワインも色々とチョイスして頂き、とても楽しい時間を過ごせました。
