池袋駅南口から徒歩1分。ドトールある道を右側に進むとすぐお店があります。
事前にランチコース￥3200で予約しておきました。
8/30（水）12時の開店と同時に入店。
広々とした木目調のお席がズラリと並び、100人以上入れそうな席数です。
私達は4人がけテーブル席に案内して頂きました。
お店の自慢のパン食べ放題コーナーやドリンクバーコーナーからも近い窓際席。
すぐに店員さんが来られ、今日のランチコースの説明を下さいます。
このとき、店員さんの笑顔がなく何となく暗い印象を受けてしまいまして。
お疲れなのだろうとその思いは横目に
1品目のアミューズは直ぐに運ばれました
◯前菜5品盛り合わせ（サーモンスライス、生ハム、かぼちゃサラダ、生野菜、卵焼き）
彩りは良いですね。
内容は、正直もう少し手の込んだものがあっても良いのでは？と思いましたが、どれも味は想定内。特に、サーモンは何故か温くて..ちょっと驚きました。いつからお皿に出してたのだろう。
それでも、かぼちゃサラダは元々好きなので、ミニサイズでしたが期待通りの味でした。
◯パン食べ放題
バケット3種、生食、セサミ、チーズ、マーブルパン等。どれから食べるか迷いますね♡
はじめは、セサミとバケット1つ、生食にしました。
しかし、どのパンもそうなのですが、これがまた温かみもなく、切ったものor形のものそのまま提供してるのでしょう（泣）
たしかにパン食べ放題ですが、その食べ放題のパンをこちらで温め直せるトースターが置いてある訳でもなく、これにはがっかりしてしまいました。
先程のアミューズのサーモンもそうですが、
食べ物の【温度】が気にならない方は最高なサービスだと思います。
◯本日の日替わりパスタ⇒しらすとゴーヤのペペロンチーノ
ゴーヤの苦みがほぼ分からない調理法ですね。 細麺仕様でベースのタレとよく絡んでいました。夏野菜のブロック状ものってて見た目はとても良い。しかし肝心な味付けが塩味もだいぶ抑えられてて、美味しい、と言えない私にとってイマイチな一品になってしまいました。
◯選べるメイン（肉:チキンのグリル焼、魚:スズキのアクアパッツァ）⇒お魚選択
これはパンにも合うと信じてパンのお替りも2回目！アクアパッツァは、私も家でたまに作る一品。期待して食べてみると、？！これまた味うすい。醤油ベースなのでしょうが、、魚の様々な出汁は香るけど、なぜか味が薄い。
もともとスズキ自体がシンプルな白身魚なだけに、料理担当の方、もうすこし頑張って頂きたいです。
◯デザート盛り合わせ
こちらが今回一番安心して食べれました。
紅茶のシフォンケーキと温かい珈琲や紅茶で楽しめました。
利点としては、ランチ滞在が14時半までの2時間半確約できたので、食後もドリンクバー片手にお友達とゆっくりお話する時間がもてて、場所としてもよかったです。
ただし店員さんの帰って欲しい圧が14時過ぎると始まります..接客業としてどうなんでしょうか？
改善点は上記にいろいろ書いてしまったとおりです。
