ケンミンショーで見ました。
兵庫のどろ焼が食べてみたくて初訪問。
週末のお昼ですがそこそこの客入りでした。
もう昼飲みを始めている方も。
どろ焼は思ったよりドロっとはしていませんでしたが、出汁に漬けたり卓上のネギ醤油をかけたりマヨをつけたり味変出来るので美味しかったです。
時間が経つと固まってきます。
イカスミもんじゃも濃いめ味でイカは柔らかく美味しかったです。
もんじゃには歯ごたえ欲しくなるのでついついベビースターをトッピングしてしまう私です。笑
