[Meat Bar Bon] Ikebukuro Meat Bar located in Ikebukuro. Although the restaurant is small, the atmosphere is nice and the food is delicious. You can enjoy meat with wine. There is also a wide selection of appetizers, mainly horse meat and wagyu beef. This is a lively shop with a stylish interior, including counter seats, table seats, and tables made from barrels. ◆3 pieces of horse sashimi ◆Bon salad ◆Gizzard Ajillo ◆3 pieces of grilled Japanese beef ◆2 types of today's wagyu beef ◆Yukke bowl This time's horse sashimi includes sirloin, loin, and double egg. I like the tender and flavorful sirloin, and the melt-in-your-mouth sweetness of the futaego. The salad was about 1.4 times bigger than I imagined. The fresh greens and mushrooms on top were delicious. Personally, I like that the dressing is provided separately. The melting texture of the nigiri and the taste and size of the sushi are just perfect. The two types of Wagyu beef are chestnut and Sendai beef cuts.
