周りのラーメン屋さんが店じまいするなか、開店していたのは助かりました。
普通盛りを注文しました。

つけ坦々麺、煮卵、ご飯を食べた。
麺は好みの感じで、茹で加減とかも良い。
つけ汁は甘みと旨味と辛さ、胡麻感のバランスが良い。山椒が足せたらもっと良かったなー。
