KACCHANさんはおしゃれな雰囲気の中で黒毛和牛を使用した創作料理を味わうことができ、ドリンクの種類も豊富な使い勝手の良いお店。
今回いただいたコースは前日までに要予約のお店の魅力が詰まったコースで飲み放題付きで4700円という価格で利用できるのも嬉しいポイント！
最初に提供されたキャロットサラダはさっぱりとした優しい味付けで美味しかった。
鮮魚のカルパッチョは鮪や雲丹や帆立などが入っており、鮮度も良くて、気に入った。特に雲丹が最高だった。
サーモンフライも絶品だった！適度な揚げ具合だったし、タルタルやいくらがのっていて良かった。これはオーダーすべき1品だと思う！
そしてお店名物のユッケはお酒のすすむ味付けだった。お肉もきれいだったし、柔らかかった。
ステーキは旨みが感じられて、美味しかった。添えられていたお塩を付けていただいた。
牛トロフレイク丼はサイズがちょうど良くて、〆に最適だった！そのままいただくこともできるけど、出汁を入れて味変していただくことも可能！見た目も華やかで美味しかった。
デザートの焼き芋は濃厚な味わいで甘みもあって、クオリティが高かったし、本格的だと思った。
飲み放題の中に可愛いドリンクもあって、満足度も高かった。座席も広々としていて、居心地も良かった。
