春の陽気がたいへん温かく、コートを自宅に置いてきた火曜日です。この日は仕事を終えた夕方から弟と暫くぶりに会う約束をしており、待ち合わせ場所も兼ねて彼が指定してきたのがこちら。池袋の東武百貨店内、飲食エリアである「SPICE（スパイス）」にあるお店で、奇しくも同日の昼食場所と同じ建物内へ戻る格好となりました。

暫く会っていなかった弟との会食。やはりと言うべきか話が弾み、食事よりお酒がメインとなってしまいました。こちらでは料理メニューは全て日替りとのこと。この日注文した上記の料理はいずれも美味しく、各種のお酒と共に楽しい時間を演出してくれました。コンセプトに「日本酒と和食」を掲げ、菊正宗の酒蔵から直送した多種の日本酒をウリにしていますが、日本酒以外のお酒も頼みやすい雰囲気が作られており、居心地良く過ごせるお店だと思います。美味しい料理とお酒、ごちそうさまでした。
