池袋駅東口から徒歩、WACCAの向かいのビルにあるお店。
旧いビルの酒場めいた様相ながら、牡蠣＆海老の料理が充実。
料理のコースや飲み放題もあり、楽しみ方いろいろ。

地元のノンダクレ仲間で海老を食べに行こうという話になり
近所で検索してもらいHITしたのがこちらのお店。
(*￣ー￣) たい焼き福義さんの隣のビル♪
ずいぶんと年季の入った感じのビルで、入口通路も重たい感じ。
小さなエレベーターで最上階の６階まで行ってみると。
黒が基調の内装で、どことなくイベントスペースっぽいような。
バーカウンターが広めにとられているので、お酒重視なのやも。
さて。
予約をしていたこともあり、区切られた個室風のテーブルへ。
〇えび三昧コース ＠4,730円
・海老のコブサラダ
・赤海老の刺身
・シュリンプカクテル
・海老とキノコのアヒージョ
・ガーリックシュリンプ
・赤海老の塩焼き
・海老フライ
海老料理のバリエーションがいろいろと揃ったコースです。
大きな赤海老は見栄えもして、力強い弾力もありなかなか優秀。
サラダやアヒージョでは剥き海老が随所に登場。
海老の種類推しではないものの、海老心は悠々満たされます。
なお〆ごはんは＋500円でパスタorリゾットを付けられるようです。
・海老のコブサラダ
食べやすくカットされた野菜と剥きエビがごろごろと。
１品めに丁度いいさっぱりした感じが良いですね。
サウザン風のドレッシングでボリュームアップ。
・赤海老の刺身
尾頭付の赤海老が登場、メニューに特大と付く通り大きな個体。
海老ミソ部分も状態は悪くなく、身の食感も心地よし。
・シュリンプカクテル
小海老を予想してましたが、大きな蒸し海老が盛り付けられて。
こちらも赤海老なんですかね。冷製ながら良い味がします。
好みのタレを使って思い思いに。先ほど作った肝醤油もアリ。
・海老とキノコのアヒージョ
鉄皿にグラグラと煮立ったところで登場します。
今回５人だったので写真の鉄皿がもう１つ。
キノコにブロッコリーとも、オイルとうまく調和して。
やや塩が強めのアレンジでしたがバゲットがあるので快適。
・ガーリックシュリンプ
にんにくの利いたトマトソースを後乗せしたような感じで。
ビールやハイボールにはしっくりですよ。
・赤海老の塩焼き
刺身と同様に尾頭付、焼きたてアツアツでやってきます。
胴周りの殻は食べられないこともないですが、
塩が余分にからむので剥いた方が身の味を楽しめますね。
引き締まった一段強めの弾力で、なんだかお得感があったり。
・海老フライ
料理の最後が海老フライ。こちらも１尾が大きい赤海老かな。
別添えでソース＆タルタル。さっくり揚がった安定の一品。
クリームリゾットも追加したいところでしたが、
会話の中で近所の店の話になってそちらへ流れることに。
過度な期待はしないで行こうって感じで乗り込みましたが
海老もトータルボリュームもしっかりしていてお酒も進み。
