池袋東口にある酒バル guiguiに行ってきましたぁ。
ご近所さんが日本酒の種類が豊富でお刺身も安くて美味しいから
是非行ってみてとおススメされて訪問デス
お店の場所は池袋東口 ジュンク堂近くのあずま通りにあるビル2階
お店はテーブル席がメインでボックス風の落ち着いた席もあり席間隔も広めでゆったり～。
黒板メニューにおススメ料理がズラズラと箇条書きがされてます。
日本酒のアテにぴったりな物ばかりで本当に悩む！！！

グラスはキンキンに冷えていてワタシ好み
中ジョッキなのに飲み応えがある量でした。

おでんとホウレンソウのゴマ和え
2種類出てくるのは何か嬉しい。
おでんはしっかり味が染みこんでました。ちなみにお通し代550円

◆自家製 からすみ
大好物なんです！！！軽く炙ってあるので少し香ばしい。塩気はそんなにキツクなく上品に仕上がってます。

お刺身の種類が色々あってこれだけでもかなり満足度があがる。
かなりサービス価格な値段設定
ホタテは肉厚でネットリ～。
白身系はお塩で合わせてみました。
お刺身にはやっぱり日本酒を合わせたくなる。
とにかく日本酒の種類が豊富でプレミアから厳選した日本酒から
日本酒50種類以上が揃ってます。
半合か一合かの量も選べるから色々種類が楽しめる～。

最近は置いているお店も増えたけど結局売り切れで中々飲めない十四代
甘口で口当たりも良く飲みやすい。
目の前でグラスギリギリまで入れてくれます。
◆ギンダラの西京焼き
程よく味噌の塩気と甘味がなじんだ脂が乗った銀ダラは日本酒の相性もバッチリ

レアな日本酒
やっぱり山田錦が好き～。甘味と酸のバランスがいい。
和らぎ水も沢山飲んで(笑)
◆サクサク エビチリマヨ
サラダ感覚でお野菜もたっぷりぃ。
海老は丸ごと！！！食べやすいようにそのままがぶりといけちゃいます。
パリパリ食感が美味しいガダイフ麺がアクセント
エビマヨソースが絡んでプリプリで美味しい。
コレはビールが合うかな。
大人気の新政はなんと4種類ありました。

コチラでは一合を頼むとワイングラスで飲めるんです。
う～ん。非常に珍しい日本酒なのにちょっと酸味が強くワタシ好みじゃぁないかもぉ。

とにかく1個が大きくてボリュームあります。
醤油の風味がたまらない王道の焼きおにぎりは外はパリっと中はふんわり
アツアツでお店の手作り感満載
日本酒で糖質をとってるけど追い糖質で幸せ
ご近所さんがおススメするだけあって何度でも通いたくなっちゃうのがわかる。
お隣の席の方が食べていた白子の塩焼やゴボウの素揚げなど美味しそうだったので
次回にリベンジ！！！
日本酒飲み放題もあるけどスマートに飲むなら好きな銘柄をゆっくり堪能したいかな。
帰りは歩いて帰るつもりが程よく酔ったのでバスで帰りました。
