厳選した日本酒が50種類は随時あるというから凄い
だからと言って、食事が手抜きな訳でなく
どの料理も、お世辞抜きで美味しかった
池袋東口から南へ、徒歩4.5分
南池袋1丁目という五差路を左に行った所にあるビルの2階
店内のあらゆる所に、日本酒のラベルがまるでアートの様に貼られ
その取扱いの多さがわかります
メニューにもずらりと銘酒の名前が並び、何にするか迷ってしまう
でも折角なので、なかなかお目にかかれない物を今日は飲むぞ！

甘口なので、女性にも人気
亜麻猫を久し振りに飲んだら、こんなにフルーティーだっけ？と思う程
亜麻猫は、通常の清酒用麹に加えて焼酎用の麹（白麹）を用いているので
酸味もあり、甘味と酸味がとてもユニークなお酒

フルーティーだけどドライ
飲んだ時の引っ掛かりがなく、するりと喉を通り、そして余韻
危険なお酒ですww

ちょっと贅沢をして、こちらを飲みました
新政とはまた違う、フルーティーさ
華やかな旨味が口に広がり、幸福感が漂う酒
いつか、出来る事なら、色々と飲み比べてみたい
日本酒がメインではありますが、もちろん焼酎やサワー、ウィスキー
カクテルなんかも充実
で、日本酒に合わせるなら、料理はやっぱり魚

この日は、メジナ・タコ・ホウボウ・シマアジ・マグロ・甘鯛・ホタテ・赤海老
の8種類
いや、驚きました。どれも新鮮で旨い！
メジナは身が締まっていてコリコリと歯ごたえが良く
ホタテはめちゃくちゃ甘い
ぶっちゃけ刺身は料理では無いですが、だからこそ鮮度が大事
ここに来たら絶対に頼んで欲しい
天然甘鯛の煮つけ
やや甘めに煮つけられていましたが、こちらも美味しい
大きさもたっぷりあり、1人では食べ切れなかったでしょう
いぶりがっこクリームチーズ
酒飲みが頼むメニューですねww
でも、これ好きなんです
最初にこの組み合わせを考えた人に拍手を送りたい
焼きおにぎり茶漬け
いい出汁！日本酒の後の、ほっこりと舌と胃が休まる味
いい出汁と言ったら、紹介する順番が逆になってしまいましたが
お通しが2種、おでんとしめじと白菜の煮物が出てきたのですが
このおでんがめちゃ旨
関西人の私は、やはり出汁に拘ってしまうのですが
ここの料理は出汁が旨い
旨い日本酒と和食、つくづく日本人で良かった
また行きます
