日本酒好きの先輩に誘ってもらって来たお店(^ ^)
ちょっと古めのビル2階、知っているだけで
ちょっとツウっぽい隠れ家でした♪
席が2時間制でラストオーダーが30分前
ちょっと飲み足りなく感じるほどつまみが魅力的
日本酒もいろんな銘柄があってワクワクしちゃうかも。
お通しは特に説明がなかったけどお酒好きな人に嬉しいやつ
日本酒はテーブルで一升瓶から注いでくれるのも個人的に好き
飲み比べや1合とか、新しい味との出会いもありそうだよ。
刺身盛りは人数分でオーダーしましたが、どれも美味しかったあ
特にイワシがプリプリで生臭さが全然なくて驚きました。
大きい海老や真鯛もいい食感で鮮度の良さが分かりますね
日本酒好きなら刺身って外せないから、これはかなりの好印象
クジラのたれ炙りや牡蠣のなめろうって初めて食べたかも
強い癖がないから、病みつきになりそうな味だったな。
エビチリマヨは思っていたのとは少し違ったけど
サクサクボリューム満点、ハーフサイズがあるのが嬉しいですね。
シマアジのフライや太刀魚の塩焼きとかも食べたかったな
アサリの酒蒸しは出汁でおじやにもしてもらえました。
卵で軽くとじてくれて(๑>◡<๑)もう最高ですね。
日本酒以外にも、サワーとかもありますよ。
