2022年10月23日、友人と2名で初訪問。
先週末の赤羽に続き、少し足を伸ばしての池袋飲みです。
こちらのお店、馬肉と魚料理が名物の居酒屋さん。
場所は、池袋東口からめちゃめちゃ近く、珍しく迷わずにたどり着けました(笑)
1階にラーメンの『舎鈴 池袋東口店』さんが入っている飲食ビルの11階。
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気の個室になっています。
席に着くと、お通しは2種類のさっぱり酢の物。
頂いたお料理は、
『北海道産牛タンカルビチーズ焼き』(1408円)…鉄板で焼いたチーズタッカルビの上に薄切りの牛タンを載せてあります。
ボリュームもあって、サワーやハイボールにぴったりです。
『馬肉と刺身の4点盛り』(2728円)…こちらの売りの馬と魚が両方楽しめる一品。
盛りは、二人前といったとこ。
馬刺しは、ロースともも(赤身)、お刺身は、〆鯖とサーモン。
馬刺しは、おろしにんにくとおろし生姜で頂きます。
クセがなく美味しい。
〆鯖は厚切りで程よい〆具合で、サーモンは脂が良く載っていました。
『自家製ソースエビマヨ』(968円)…ぷりぷりの大ぶりの海老を使っています。
ソースは酸味が少なめでかなり美味いです。
これはお勧め。
『梅水晶』(682円)…これと、いかの塩辛、ほたるいかの沖漬けが、自分の三大酒のあてです。
あったら、頼んじゃうんだよなぁ～♪
もっとボリュームが欲しいです。
『魚屋のカキフライ』(858円)…粗挽きパン粉がザクザクで、中はジューシーです。
『マグロアボカド 自家製ソース和え』(858円)…以前から、マグロ赤身+アボカドは、赤身が大とろになるというライフハックはありましたが、確かにそれっぽくなります(笑)
やっぱりソースが良い。
