池袋に現れた日本酒小料理屋【一龍庵】
昔通っていたおでん屋さん「卯だち」が無くなってしまって、その跡地に、日本酒小料理屋「一龍庵」が出来た。
店内は明るく、カウンター７～８席と４名掛けのテーブル２席。酒の品ぞろえもまぁまぁ。
基本はコース料理になっていて、2500円～３種類のコースがある。
単品メニューもオーダーできるようだけど、基本は八寸の入っているコースの方が断然お得！
特にこちらの八寸は、ずっとアテになってしまうという事実。
店主は感じがよく、笑顔で接客に徹しながらも、日本酒については詳しいので、色々教えてくれる。しかもいい男。
大丈夫、奥様もいらっしゃいます(笑)。
それよりこちらの酒器に関心しますね。手作りのもの、貴重な焼き物、素晴らしいです。
お料理も美味しく、店内禁煙。池袋で美味しい日本酒を頂きたくなった時に知っていて損するお店ではないと思います。
店主はなんと、飲食店未経験。どこかで修行をしてきた方ではないものの、独学で利き酒師、料理の勉強はしてきたという。
確かに素人にしては、完成度は高いです。
日本酒を扱う飲食店としての店主の姿勢など、これからお客様にどんどん揉まれて行くことでしょう。
池袋と言う少し難しい土地ですが、日本酒激戦区で勝ち残っていってほしい、そんなお店ですね。

日本酒を飲みたい気分になりまして、、、、
思いついたのがこちら。「一龍庵」さん。
池袋で美味しい日本酒飲める場所、という事で久しぶりにやってきました。
予約もせずに21時前くらいに行ったのですが、「ラストオーダーは22時ですが...」と、女性スタッフさん。
全然問題ありません♪
小さいビールとお通しを頂きましたが直ぐに日本酒を。
・日本酒おまかせ３種
お店の方のお任せで60㏄×３種注いでくれました。
華一風、本当に華やかで好きだったな～。
・珍味3種盛
こちらもお任せで盛り合わせに。鰊麹漬け、酒盗クリームチーズ、干牡蠣。
全て酒泥棒ですね。
この日おすすめの気になるメニューも沢山。
８月後半でしたが、秋刀魚のお刺身ができるというのでそちらを。
・サンマ刺し
脂の乗りはまだまだですが、新鮮でとても美味しかったです。
何よりお魚の捌き方にセンスを感じます。いいお店ですね。
・お通し茶碗蒸し
お待たせしました！と熱々のホタテ茶碗蒸しが！これすごく美味しかったです♪
プルンプルン＆ホタテの出汁がとっても良く出てました。
・お酒は更に追加で２種同時に。。。
・弥彦茶豆
・新物いくらご飯
980円というので、一口サイズかと思ったらたっぷりのいくらの醤油漬けが！！！
少々濃いめの味付けではありましたが、プチプチで美味しいし、この量は贅沢ですね。
〆だというのに、思わずお酒のアテにしてしまいました。。。
好きなものだけ食べて飲んで、１万円行かないのは嬉しい限りです。
