2回目の訪問。
1度目は回転した直後。
今回はコースを予約。
食事なしの一番お手頃な4000円代のコース。
暑くて疲れた胃に優しい料理。
最初は湯葉茶碗蒸し。
お造りがきたのでここで日本酒。
こちらのお店では常に置いているという
福島の小さな酒蔵のお酒「風が吹く」
個人的にも好きな日本酒だけれどなかなか 都内で
置いていないので嬉しい。
そして、酒のつまみになる季節の八寸。
雲丹好きとしてはグラスに入った雲丹のティラミスがやばい。さらに上にはキャビア。
これが美味しくて、食べ終わるのがもったいなくて
なかなか次の料理にすすめない（笑）
日本酒おまかせ３種をオーダーすると
なかなか飲む機会ない九州のお酒も。
となりの方が燗酒を頼んでいて、
それもまた美味しそうだった。
燗酒向けのお酒も結構あるのね。
最後は炊き込みご飯、寿司と悩むも
大好物の筋子と目があったので筋子の茶漬け。
わさびと。シンプルに美味しかった。
お昼は別業態として、まぜそばやさんをしているそう。
早めに予約すれば夜に、まぜそばをオーダーできる時もあるらしく次回はそれもいいなぁと。
池袋はたまにしかいかないけれど
コースをカウンターで楽しめる落ち着いたお店が
あまりないイメージなので貴重な1軒。
1回目に訪問して回転直後より、さらに美味しくなっていた。
