Our store is a restaurant where you can enjoy wine (and food). There are almost no alcoholic beverages or soft drinks available other than wine. |
平日夜利用。
よく行く店の結構近く。
人に聞くまで全く知らない店でした。
オーブン3年以上経つが食べログの書き込みも多くない。
しかしめっちゃ混んでる。回転するほどの人気店。当日にも空席確認の電話が幾多もあり。
シェフ1人、サービス1人体制。
メニューはアラカルト。通年固定メニューから、黒板の季節のメニューがいくつか。
トポロジーやアンファスほど量は多くないので1人で前菜2、メイン1くらいの皿数でも大丈夫だと思う。
今回は2名で前菜4、メイン1をオーダー
頂いた料理は以下
・アミューズ 梨と生ハム
・シャルキュトリー盛り合わせ
・季節野菜のグリル タップナードソース
・牡蠣のムニエル(黒板)
・春菊のポタージュ(黒板)
・蝦夷鹿のロースト(黒板)
・プラリネバナナのパリブレスト キャラメルアイス添え
となります。
シャルキュトリー盛り合わせは自家製のハムや鶏レバームース、牛タンや鴨のフュメなど。
春菊のポタージュは良かったですね。
蝦夷鹿のロティはポワヴラードソース。写真は取り分け後の1/2量。
全体的に少々垢抜けないというかよく行くようなお店と比べちゃうとシャルキュトリーや野菜のグリルはもうちょっと何とかならなかったかとは正直思いました。
先に挙げたトポロジーやアンファスに比べると全く特色もなく面白くない。
料理出しも少々時間かかるので1人だと時間かなりもてあましてしまいそう。
反してサービスの女性はかなり優秀。白金の中華"勇"もそうでしたが結構サービスで繋いでる印象もあり。
普段は結構遅くまでやってるのでワインバー的な使い方が良いのかも。
