This is one of my top 3 favorite Izakaya (Japanese-style bar).
This is one of my top 3 favorite Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) restaurants. In addition to an overwhelming variety of sake selections, there are also many special items that cannot be found anywhere else. Another attraction of this restaurant is the deliciousness of the food. Whatever you eat is delicious. However, the delivery speed is not fast, so we recommend ordering early. What I received this time is as follows. Junmai Ginjo Hattan Nishiki 2018 Junmai Ginjo Tojo Yamada Nishiki 2019 Junmai Daiginjo Takasago 2018 Yonotori 15th Anniversary Otoshi Otoshi Sashimi Fried Gingko Chicken Fillet Kagura Nanban Miso Namero Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）(Seaweed and Wakame) I'm a little dissatisfied with the service charge. Therefore, the service and cost performance items are low, but it is a restaurant with a high level of satisfaction.
食事がとても美味しかった
以前から気になっていた稲水器あまてらすさんに初訪問。
数日前に予約して行きました。
新政祭り開催中だったので、お酒は新政縛りでいただきました(指定はできず、サイコロを振って出た目のものが飲めます)。
食事は期待していなかったのですが、とても美味しかったです。標準以上の味で大満足でした。
店員さんの接客も丁寧で好印象で、最後は見送りまでしてくれました。
ただ、徐々に笑顔がなくなっていったので、早く帰って欲しかったのかも知れません(苦笑)
1人で申し訳ないと思いつつ、4人がけの個室に案内されましたせいかも。
良かったのでまた行きますが(笑)

あまてらすさんは、私のお気に入りの居酒屋の一つです。
6月は今年も新政スペシャル。
サイコロの出目で飲める新政が決まります。
私は引きが弱いため、飲みたかった高級ラインやレア酒はほとんど飲めないのは残念でしたが、どれでも一杯700円は超お得ですね。
そしてこの日からスタートした新政スパークリング祭。
クリスマスタイプ2021・2022・2023の三種セットをいただきました。
23年のクリスマスタイプは飲みそこなっていたので、こういう形で飲めたのはラッキーでした。
食事はいつも通り、予約時に注文していた刺身盛り合わせ。
白身中心で、塩で食べるのが美味いです。
そしてギンナンの焦がしバター醤油炒め。
これも必食。
今回はシラスと青唐辛子のオムレツ、カキフライもいただきました。
隣の外国人と仲良くなって盛り上がり、今回も楽しく過ごす事ができました。
