池袋東口、区民センターを超えた高速道路の高架下辺りにある居酒屋さん。
相方が気になるクラフト日本酒を取り扱っているお店ということでお供してきました。
お酒はあまり詳しくないのですが、お目当ての日本酒は「花風」というもので、原料にホップが使われており日本酒の甘みだけでなく、苦味やフルーティーさも入り混じった一杯でした。
実は1階のフロアが酒屋さんも兼ねているらしく、お酒はそこから下ろして使用しているとのことで取り揃えているお酒の種類も豊富なのはお酒好きには魅力的かもしれません…。
食事の方は以下のものを注文↓
・お通し(前菜2種類と汁物)
・ホタルイカの沖漬け
・エビと野菜のガーリック酒盗バター炒め
・鶏ささみの神楽南蛮味噌なめろう
この中でも日本酒と1番合うなと感じたのはホタルイカで、噛んだ時のイカの旨みと塩気がお酒のすっきりとした味との組み合わせでいい感じでした。
またガーリック酒盗バター炒めはボリュームもありかつ味付けがしっかりと付いていて、エビの香ばしさや野菜の甘みを引き立たせてくれる一品です。
なめろうには大葉が入っていて爽やかなアクセントとなっているのが特徴的で、海苔の香ばしさとの組み合わせが美味でした。
どの料理も素材を楽しむことが出来つつ、創作的で工夫が凝らされており、お酒だけではなく食事も美味しく楽しめる居酒屋でした。
