2017年9月にオープンした「やきとん ひなた 池袋西口店」。
マルイの裏手にあり、地下道でC3出口を出てすぐ向かいの2Fにあります。
「ひなた」はやきとんの名店「秋元屋」出身の方のお店。
「秋元屋」＋刺身やバル的な料理で人気になり、ここ数年で拡大展開しています。
「ひなた」以外にも割烹の「雨ニモマケズ」「君想ふ暮らし」「魚猫」などオシャレ店も展開。
最近は「やきとんやんぐ」「だいだら」など「ひなた」出身の店も増え、「ひなた系」とも言われてます。
池袋店はかなり広くてキレイで座席は100席。
カウンターも多いので一人でも全然OKです。
焼き場の前に座り、まずは「サッポロラガー（大）」680円（全て税別表示）。
小売りされない（たまに缶が販売されますが）「赤星」です。
飲みながらメニューを見ると、とにかく料理もドリンクも種類が多い。
焼きとんに肉刺し、バーニャカウダ、刺身、サラダ、パスタと連れて行く人を選ばないラインナップ。
まず定番の「キャベツ」100円。
小ぶりですが味噌は美味しく、なにより100円はありがたい。
やきとんは「かしら味噌」だけ味を指定し、あとはお任せ。
その「かしら味噌」100円は柔らかく良いです。
「れば」100円も味噌。
臭みが無く、若干レアな絶妙な焼き加減。
「ねぎたん」300円はプリプリのたん2本にたっぷりのネギ。
ゴマ油と塩で味付けされたネギは良いつまみになります。
「ちれ」100円も味噌味で、赤身はフワフワ、脂身ジューシー。
「てっぽー」も味噌で弾力があり、噛むごとにジューシーです。
串では「ちれ」がかなり良い感じでした。
逆に低温調理の「はらみユッケ」480円は火も結構通ってイマイチ。
ドリンクを「バイスサワー」430円に変更し、「にんにくのオイル煮」200円。
グツグツのにんにくオイル煮はニンニクが10個以上入って予想以上のボリューム。
これだけでバイスのナカをお代わりしました。
「追加バケット」200円もあり、複数の方が良さそうなメニュー。
「金宮梅割り」300円は目の前でキンミヤ焼酎を注いでくれ、シロップはセルフ。
もつ焼き店の名物で、濃いので効きます。
これに「らっきょ」100円で最高のひととき。
やきとんに100円つまみで金宮を飲めば、1000円台で満足出来るでしょう。
なお、席料が100円かかるのも秋元屋流。
この日はお会計3600円でした。
焼き場の方はベテランっぽいし、ホールスタッフも丁寧。
何よりキレイで清潔感があり、女性でも全く問題無いです。
本家まではいかないものの、「秋元屋」出身なので串ものはそこらのチェーンと比べものになりません。
池袋駅近くでこのレベル、この価格は使い勝手相当良いと思います。
