お肉じゃなくて、お魚気分で、
でもかしこまった和食店でもなくて、カジュアルにお魚を食べたくて
という時に訪問してみました♪
池袋東口のWACCA、初めての訪問。
平日の夜でしたが、賑わっています！

ハマチ、サーモン、タコ、鮪、ホッケ、赤海老･･･と盛り沢山な内容！
ホッケのお刺身は初めてで、その肉厚な歯応えがとてもよかった♪
●鮪といくらのかきっしょ 880円
イクラには牡蠣醤油がかかっているので、旨味しっかりと。
カルパッチョのような洋風でもあり、和でもあり。
●クレソンとくるみのサラダ 880円
ビネガーがしっかりと効き、さっぱりと。
●アジフライ 特製トマトソース 640
ふんわりと火の入ったアジフライ。
トマトソースは果肉感も残り、フライの食感とも相性良く、フルーティな仕上がりでした。
●しらすのアヒージョ 780円

卵の甘みとシラスの塩気が良い塩梅♪
パスタで終わりにしようと思っていたけど、
お腹いっぱいにつき、終了。
お魚だけでは無く、メインはお肉もあったりで
バリエーション豊か。
お酒に合うお料理の味なので、友達と集まる時にちょうど良い感じでした。
