池袋に詳しい先輩にオススメされて、行ったのがこちらの鮮魚バル。
WACCAと入り口に大きくタイトルのあるビルの5階にあります。ビルはバリアフリーでエレベーターもあり、スムーズに入れました。
◆ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン
やはり鮮魚系バルということで、白ワインが充実してますね。たまらず白で乾杯。キリッとした味わいで、そのあとの酒蒸しやカルパッチョとの相性も良かったです。
●オイスターのフリッタータ
おー、あつあつ！これはカキの天ぷら。
フワッとした食感で、中がとろっと。
これは、ワインがあいますね！
●エビのアヒージョ
硬めのバゲットが4枚付きます。
熱いので、上あごの火傷に注意です笑！
ニンニクもきちんと感じる本格派。
魚バルだからエビはいつもより美味しく感じます、
●白ワインの酒蒸し
しみる……、白ワインにも合うとのことで、
お勧めで注文。大ぶりのハマグリがごろっと。
器もあつあつで、出汁がしっかり溶けてます。
●お任せ鮮魚の5点盛り
うわ、きたー！マグロ、水ダコ、ブリ、サーモン、アジとサービスの白身！新鮮だなあ、お気に入りはアジですね。紫蘇と合わせるとプリッとした食感がたまらない。
つぶつぶした紫蘇の実もよいですね。
●天然鮮魚のカルパッチョ
真ん中にエビがドーンとのった、見た目に鮮やかなカルパッチョ！お刺身盛りとはまた少し違う味わいで、これまたワインに合う。ピンクペッパーのアクセントもまたよい！
◆カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン
サービスですか、たっぷりなみなみに注がれます笑
しっかりタンニンを味わえる、強めの赤ワイン。
●ポークカツレツ トマトバジルソース
バルメニュー。スパイシーな薄切りのカツに
トマトの酸味とバジル感の強いソース。
さっくりとあがってます。
レモンサワーの方が合う印象ですね。
爽やかな雰囲気と店員さんでした。
