始めていったけどこんなところにこんなものがあるとは。4500円のフォアグラパイ包みコースを選択。
５人いるので強気にボトルで頼んでいきます。スパークリングワインからスタート。クレマンです。果実味がたっていて飲みやすし。アミューズからサラダと魚介のメリケーヌソース、パテなどをつまみながら南アフリカのシュナン・ブランも制覇。華やかな香りとバランスのよい酸。
メインの牛とフォアグラパイ包みに合わせてオーストラリアのシラーズを。合いますねえ。
デザートにコーヒーがついてないのが残念ですが、かなり満足。もうちょっと駅から近いといいなあ。
