もつ鍋食べたくて見つけたここの居酒屋。
東口というか、南池袋にありました。
駅からも近い場所で、なんなら地下道歩いてくれば
地上出てすぐで、寒い中外歩かなくて済む。
この日も極寒な東京
メインに鍋をセッティングして大正解でした。
和風な完全個室の店内で、ゆったりとくつろぎながら
鍋を囲う冬は、控えめに言って最高です。

もつ鍋が出来上がるまで、ポテサラつまんで待ちます。
明太子の辛さが、ポテサラとマッチしてて美味い。
そんなこんなで、ぐつぐつ煮えた鍋が完成。
もつの甘い脂が出汁にしみて、、美味！！
こちらの明太子もいいアクセント。
