池袋東口、サンシャイン近くの裏路地にひっそり佇むお店。
黄色い看板が目印です。
奥にBOX席とテーブル席、店頭側にソファー席と、入口は狭いですが、店内は思ったより広いです。
【本日のオーダー】
■サムギョプサルセット
先にコンロが来たので、てっきり自分で焼くのかと思いきや、既に焼き上がった状態で鉄板にのって運ばれてきました。肉は厚めで、脂がのっていて、味は普通でしたが満足できました。
セットの野菜（サニーレタス、サンチュ、エゴマの葉、パプリカ、キュウリなど）、キムチ、白髪ネギ、ニンニク、青唐辛子は何度でもおかわり可能。オーダー制なので店員さんに頼んで、沢山食べちゃいました！
おかわり分のサンチュが水でビシャビシャでしたが、全体的にお野菜は新鮮で美味しかったです。
■ビビン麺、冷麺
量は少なめ。韓国のそれとは違いますが、それぞれ悪くありませんです。
ビビン麺は甘辛、冷麺はあっさり。
【総評】
可愛らしいお洒落な内装と、日本人好みにアレンジされた韓国風料理。お野菜も沢山食べられて、女性ウケしそうなお店でした。それこそ予約しないと入れないとか、いつも満席とか、そうなっても良さそうなお店。
それなのに、週末で自分たちの他に2客のみでほぼ貸し切り状態、めっちゃ空いていました。
確かに二度目はないかな、という理由が。
入口入ってすぐ、最初に目につく位置の客席を潰して、調理器具の箱やら、大量のタレやら、容器類やら、なんやかんやが野ざらし状態で、混沌と置かれていて唖然としました。店内メインスペースに物置き？そのすぐ横でお客さんが食事してる光景…
それなら1番奥に置けば良いのに。
タレだってそんな大量に作り置きする必要ある？あ、なんか別のためなのかしら？と信じたかったのですが、店員さんがそこからテーブルに持ってきました。
入口ドア付近の店に入る前も、汚い物置きみたいになっていました。
お店って料理だけじゃないと思ってます。
店員さんも、テーブルも椅子も。店内の空気、香り、雰囲気さえも。
全部がお店を作るピースで。どれかが欠けても、それがカバーできる圧倒的なものがなければ（汚いけどうますぎ、とか）また来たいと思えない。
特に今韓国のブームで美味しいお店が沢山あるので…
せっかくお洒落な造りのお店なのに、残念でした。
初めはそうじゃなかったはず。
慣れなのか、店長さんが無頓着なのか、とにかく言われないとわからないと思ったので書きました。
