団体のお客様が多く入っていた。
＊【馬赤身刺し】920円
✅かなり厚みのある、お得感が嬉しい馬刺し。たっぷりの赤身にほどよい脂とジューシーさ。シンプルにおいしい。にんにくと生姜のお醤油でいただいた。
噛むほどに馬肉のパワー溢れた、求めるおいしさがたっぷりだった。
＊【肉寿司の盛り合わせ】1,000円
✅ローストビーフや生ハム、鴨肉などの肉寿司。にんにくの効いたステーキソースがかけられている。各種お肉の塩味あるおいしさにソースの強めな味わいがたっぷり乗る。鴨肉の脂も甘く、おいしさ強め。ご飯は柔らかでお腹にたまる。ソースの重たさ強め。
＊【鶏の唐揚げ】610円
✅あつあつの唐揚げ。マヨネーズが添えられる。衣サクサクでジューシーさもたっぷり、お手本のような大きな唐揚げ。味付けは醤油ベースで、塩味もちょうど良い。ビールに合う最適解の唐揚げだった。
＊【子持ちししゃも】590円
✅身のふっくらとした子持ちししゃも。マヨネーズ添え。定番の塩味にししゃもの身の旨みがしっかり乗る。お腹の卵の豊かな味わいも求めるまま。安定のおいしさに大満足した。
