池袋駅西口から徒歩5分程度。
飲み屋さんが立ち並ぶ所を歩いて行くと、
分かりにくい看板はありますが、地下にあります。
日曜日の夜9時頃、飲んだ後帰ろうとフラフラして
いましたが、看板を見つけ、〆パフェを体験してみることにしました。
狭い階段を降りると、3番目。
意外と早いと思いながら番号札を取って待つ事にしました。
15分程度で呼ばれました。
階段も狭かったですが店内も狭いです。
男女の比率も4:6位で男性も多い印象でした。
今回注文させて頂いたのは
【いちころよ】
見た目は抜群。映えパフェです。
レモン薫るメレンゲが上に乗ってふたされてます。
中は苺・ピスタチオジェラート・香ばしいパイ・
薔薇ジュレ・アーモンドガレットとまだまだ書き
切れない程盛り沢山。
複雑な味ですが、食べた事のない味でもあります。
いちころだけに、アルコールも入っている様です。
【落ち椿】
木苺の薄いランドクシャで形取ったつばきが
乗っています。
大吟醸のジェラート・豆のクリーム・米のパフ
抹茶シュトロイゼル・あずきジェラート・
白玉・玄米茶のジュレ
こちらもまだまだ書ききれない程の内容です。
苔の中に咲く椿の花が表現されていて贅沢な
気分になります。
の2点でした。
どちらのパフェも、甘さ控えめで夜食べても
罪悪感がないものでした。
スイーツというより芸術品でしょうか。
店員さんからも、細やかなパフェの説明を
頂き、パフェの理解を深めてから頂けます。
種類も豊富なので、又違った物を食べたいです。
