【池袋】国産生本鮪とろ「藁焼き」絶対に食すべし☆個室アリ「お魚総本家」池袋西口店
「職人の腕と魚の鮮度」をこだわり抜いた本格板前居酒屋『お魚総本家』の1号店がオープン！との事で、早速「女子会」で♪
カンパーイ！お疲れさまでしたー♪
入口を入ってすぐ目の前には「お魚の焼き場」とカウンター席。壁際にはテーブル席。
焼き場前には新鮮な魚介がズラリ！色々といただきたくなっちゃう。
お店のイチオシが「藁焼き」。 炎も豪快！美味しそう～
その「藁焼き」の「土佐名物かつお藁焼き」。
高温で一気に焼くと「ジューシーなのに程よく脂が落ち魚本来の旨味が凝縮される」ので美味しいとのこと。
藁で焼くと香りもより美味しいですね。
もう一つの「藁焼き」がこちら。「国産生本鮪」トロの藁焼き！！
これが。ものすごく美味しかった♪香ばしくてとろとろで口の中で溶けていく。。。絶対に注文すべきメニューです。
「淡路島産玉葱丸ごとホイル焼き」も最高！！甘さが際立っています。
スペシャルな焼物としてオススメなのが「焼たらば蟹」！この甘さ美味しさ。たまりません。ご褒美の一品としてぜひぜひ。
この「お魚総本家」でいただきたいのが、やっぱり日本酒ですね。種類も充実しています。
日本酒に詳しくなくても、飲みなれていなくても大丈夫。お店スタッフさんに色々と相談してね。お料理にあうお気に入りが見つかると思います。
日本酒をいただきながらの「お造り」鮮魚盛り合わせ。シアワセのひととき。
私は中央にある、キレイな紫色の「ぶどう海老」がお気に入りです。
お肉料理も食べたくて。「黒毛和牛ステーキ赤身」が美味しい美味しい。ガーリック和風タレも最高ですね。
美味しいお料理をお腹イッパイ食べたい方にも、充実した日本酒をゆっくり味わいたい方にも。
どの料理・飲み物をオーダーしてもハズレなしですよ。味重視の「集まり会」にも皆さんに満足してもらえるはず。
〆に「お寿司」は如何ですか？(笑) お魚が美味しいお店なので、寿司も味わってもらいたい。お腹イッパイだったけど美味しくてとまりませんでした＾＾
女子会の〆の〆は、やっぱり「甘味」。和風のデザート揃っています。「白玉信玄アイス」もペロリ☆
個室あります
２階・３階の個室や宴会用大広間も見学させていただきました。
お料理もお酒も、ソフトドリンクもデザートも充実なので、子供連れ「家族食事」にも良いですね～
池袋駅からも近いし、様々な「集まり」にオススメです。
