また、青森の地酒に合わせることができる料理も豊富に用意されています。青森の郷土料理の中でも特に人気なのが、ホタテの味噌焼きやガッパリ焼きです。ホタテの味噌焼きは、新鮮なホタテを贅沢に使用し、秘伝の味噌ダレでじっくりと焼き上げられます。一口食べれば、口の中でとろけるような食感と濃厚な味わいが広がります。また、ガッパリ焼きは、イカをふんだんに使用し、特製のガッパリソースが絶妙なバランスで絡みつきます。焼きたての香ばしさと旨味が広がる一品は、ビールや地酒との相性も抜群です。
