インスタで見つけて行ってみたいと思っていたお店。
メニューがないとの事でドキドキしてしまいましたが
そんなドキドキは不要でした。
自分の好みを伝えて、それにあったものを提供して
頂けます。
好みを伝えたらピノ・ノワールのワインが出てきました。私はピノ・ノワールで美味しいと思ったことがなかったので、少し残念な気持ちだったのですが一口飲んで見たらすごく私好みで美味しさにびっくり！
私の知っていた世界は狭く、やはりプロに選んで頂くのがよくて、自分の世界観がひっくり返るのは新しい視点が生まれて面白いなと思いました。
何かおつまみをとお願いしたら、鹿肉のコンフィが出てきました。バーで出てくるレベルと言うよりは一流のお店で出てくるレベル。巨峰の果汁と肉汁を合わせたジュレと巨峰が散りばめられて見た目も美しかったです。
最後にデザートをお願いしたらこれももう天才的に美味しい！仕事の関係で、美味しいお菓子はそれなりに食べてきましたが、今のところは私の中でトップに君臨しています。ワインに合うように程よく甘みも抑えられていて、ゼラチンを使わずメレンゲと生クリームの気泡だけで形作られたティラミスは感動ものでした。
もちろん合うワインを選んでいただいたので、相性バッチリでした。
こちらに伺う時はワインもおつまみも全て好みをお伝えして身を委ねられることをオススメしたいです。
