Since it's Bistro without a menu, I was a little nervous when I visited. The chef will come out and discuss with you the number of appetizers and whether or not to have a main course. We were hungry, so we ordered 2 appetizers + main meat + pasta. Everything was really delicious! I really liked the terrine made with scallops. The Akaushi is perfectly cooked, and when you bite into it, the flavor oozes out, making you very satisfied. For the last pasta, I was selfish and asked for cream sauce with shrimp, and the lemon cream pasta with shrimp and zucchini appeared. The plump shrimp were satisfying to eat, and the lemon was so refreshing that I ended up eating way too much. The selection of wine was tailored to my tastes, and I was able to spend a truly quality time. The staff at the shop were all very nice, and they would check on the progress of my drinks and talk to me, making it easy to spend time there. I was disappointed that the owner was on summer vacation, but I now had a reason to visit again. I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you for the meal.
