It was quite difficult to make a reservation, so I finally got the timing right and was looking forward to visiting. The food was a beautiful and delicious course, starting with the salad. The taste was not strong at all, but delicate with a Japanese feel. The atmosphere is different from what you see in the photo, and it's a shop that makes you look forward to your next visit. This time it's the Shizuku course. I ordered a drink pairing to go with it. Pairing was the right answer! His wife is a sommelier, and she offers very good taste. Although it was my first time here, I was satisfied with the comfortable and polite space. Lastly, the restroom is a small space, but it was well thought out with high-quality amenities and a clean feel.
